There's a blog here (one of the first actually) that I think could use some more traffic. The jbo blog has some good reads that I think we could all benefit from.
I recently wandered back through myself and came across this blog: jbo: vantage. Excellent thoughts and insight.
Enjoy. 8o)
It's happened again. Almost a two weeks have gone by and I haven't blogged.
How do these other bloggers do it? What does it take to keep up with everything one has to do in one's life? Is there any end in sight for the vain and vexing daily events we all should enjoy?
To many questions. For now, suffice it to say that since I think the entire time I'm walking (and working) then I should use every spare moment to jot my ideas down. Blog or paper.
Since I will never have the answers to every problem, I will do my best to blog. Hopefully, my snippets of thought will foster other synapses to ping, fingers to tingle, and blogging to happen. In that way, Lord willing, we will inspire each other.
There have to be more Christians writing, dreaming, creating. Since it is better to produce than complain, I have written this entry with more to follow.

This quote was on a Mambo Open Source 4.5 based site. They have a quote rotation component. I would have linked to the page, but it would probably be different the next time a user comes to the site.
Very often, when I tell people that I am a professional web designer, they look at me and say, "Wow, you must really love computers!" Little do they know the true reasoning behind my profession.
I first became interested in computers back when I was in 8th grade. A couple of my friends were talking about their computers and the shareware games they were trying. I, honestly, felt left out, so I began asking questions. That desire to learn grew and grew until finally I had learn some basic database admin stuff, some programing stuff, and finally lots of web stuff.
During the past 12 or so years I have been constantly annoyed, frustrated, and occasionally vehement with computers and what they don't do.
I'm sure it has something to do with the fact that human being made them. With each promise we amplify the problem.
I have ideas. Lots of them. Someday they may replace the promises we have now with many more. Something will get in the way I'm sure, and not all the promises will be kept. Perhaps we'll get closer. Perhaps not.
I guess we'll have to wait and see.
Fact: there's nothing to do online.
Fact: I want to change that.
Fact: time to write, create, dream, produce.
Work is a God given opportunity to for man to be like their Creator. For the Christian, it is the opportunity to show His Love and to Live it out in how we work, what we do, and who we inspire with it.
Carpe diem,

You remember that rumor we all heard a couple years ago about the European style money we'd all be using in 10 years? Well, it's here. October 9th the new pink-to-blue shaded $20 will be in circulation. According to the Fed it's the hardest bill to break yet.
Fast Company has some nice shots of the new not-so-green-back for those who are interested.
A side note: Fast Company uses Moveable Type to manage their "Fast Company Now" section. In fact, they even have TrackBack turned on! 10 points for both FastCompany and MoveableType/SixApart.
On a search to find the kanji for the name 'kisho,' I came across some interesting "Christian" sites. Below are the links in stream of consciousness order.
I'll comment on these more later (when I'm not supposed to be working. 8o)
