Posting this in case someone perusing may be knowledgable of Flash MX.
I'm using attachMovie to pull a movie clip onto the stage.
I want that movie clip to be placed under a masked layer that will be made
either manually or with a SetMask script.
As of right now, Flash is throwing the clip on top of the mask.
Solutions? This is the basic problem, if more info is needed, yell.

Actually, yelling IS what I do in this kind of quandary. I will ask my Sources and see if they (most of 'they' live in India) can answer overnight.

EASY. first you take your movie clip. make sure it is right side up then take a new, NEW mind you, roll of your masking tape (get it from Lowes. they have the best prices) then you put layers and layers on. but if you want to get a little harder with the SetMask you just go to your local craft store and pick up "Easy Make a SetMast in five minutes." i do it all the time. if you have any questions please call my toll free number.
