good article. it's interesting to me to see the irony of how much more credible we become and how many more people we are able to reach when we admit that are weak, don't have it all together, or are just plain sinners who are in desperate need of a savior on a daily basis. but the fact is, we're all in the same boat and can better identify and trust people like that--people who are just like us.

i find that folks who are ready to admit their shortcomings also offer some of the greatest encouragement. if they're as helpless as we are but have been rescued by that same great savior, then there's hope for the rest of us!
