There are two things at issue here: (1) the standard way of dealing with the infinitive when there's an accompanying preposition, and (2) the normal distribution of who~whom in (modern) standard English. C'mon, Jon. Break free of misinformed prescriptivism! Be like your brother! (And get a job! Ha ha. I love you Jon. Hat tip to RuthAmy Sutter for telling me that you're still blogging. :)
