Tomorrow is my last day at BJU Press. As I wrote earlier, I'll be leaving to work with Portland Studios full-time. Currently, we have many different projects and prospective opportunities. It's going to be a big transition for me to move from a steady income to my own venture, but I'm sure it will be worth it.
We're doing some speculative work for the potential of being involved with a major upcoming film---doing licensing type work. I'll write about that more someday later on.
Cate, my girlfriend, is going to South Africa in late January to study at a university there. I'm sure that's going to be a good time for both of us, but right now I'm thinking I'm going to miss her a lot. She'll be coming back sometime in the summer. Maybe June, but maybe in even late August.
That's about all that's new right now.
