KEY God's eternal purpose is to dwell among a people He has made His own.
Let me say that again - God has PURPOSED to dwell among His People
Matthew 28:20 - "And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age."
4. A PEOPLE Temple
- Christ left the Holy Spirit to live in us.
- YOU are God's temple - 1 Corinthians 3:9 & 16
- The church now becomes the divine sanctuary - 2 Corinthians 6:16
- Christ must be ever central in the new temple
- God is uniquely present when His people are gathered
- Christ's presence demands holiness
And one day He is returning to take His people home.
